WhatsApp Community Privacy Policy

The Round Table WhatsApp Community is dedicated to fostering a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for all members. By joining the community, you agree to adhere to the following Code of Conduct:

1. Respect: Treat all members with respect, regardless of their rank, background, or beliefs. Do not engage in discriminatory, harassing, or offensive behaviour.
2. Communication: Communicate clearly and professionally. Avoid using offensive language, and refrain from sharing inappropriate, explicit, or offensive content.
3. Privacy: Respect the privacy of other members. Do not share another member's personal information without their consent.
4. Collaboration: Work together with fellow members to achieve common goals, share ideas, and support each other.
5. Integrity: Be honest and transparent in your interactions within the community. Do not misrepresent your identity, rank, or affiliations.
6. Conflicts: If you encounter a conflict or issue with another member, address it respectfully and constructively. If necessary, seek assistance from an administrator to help resolve the issue.
7. Reporting: If you witness or experience any behaviour that violates this Code of Conduct, report it to an administrator immediately.
8. Adherence: Understand and adhere to the Privacy Policy and any other relevant terms and conditions.

Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the Round Table WhatsApp Community at the discretion of the administrators.
